ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide the proof of purchase or order number.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

- If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING FEES
- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If the product is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, we will cover all return shipping costs or issue a free replacement.
- Customer Remorse / Change of Mind: If you are returning an item due to personal preference, wrong size selected, or buyer’s remorse, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping label fees.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at zatjxlyygi@iubridge.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUND PROCESS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
