ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and official US holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS, RATES & TRANSIT ESTIMATES
We primarily ship within the continental United States. Standard ground shipping times and rates are detailed below:
- Standard US Shipping: 5 – 8 Business Days ($4.99 Flat Rate / Free on orders over $50)
- Express US Shipping: 2 – 4 Business Days ($12.99 Flat Rate)
ORDER TRACKING
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier system.
ADDRESS CHANGES & INCORRECT INFORMATION
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate during checkout. If you need to update your shipping address, please notify us immediately at zatjxlyygi@iubridge.com. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process or shipped, address modifications cannot be made.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
We are not liable for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but reported missing by the customer. However, if your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit before carrier confirmation, please reach out immediately to zatjxlyygi@iubridge.com so we can assist with carrier claims and replacements.
